The location of this hotel is great! Close to shopping (across the street is a shopping mall), eateries, massages, and convenient stores. It’s a bustling area and a busy one but the hotel is nestled far back from the road so you hear nothing. The hotel is new and very well maintained. Keep in mind, Americans traveling, our plugs did NOT fit their outlets so recommended to grab one from Amazon before you get there! ( or you can buy one there). The staff is very attentive and service impeccable! Our room was cozy and had all the amenities needed and included slippers, bottles to fill with water and coffee urn.

Starting with the staff, one of the most welcoming and hospitable staff I've ever come across, not just the receptionists, but the entire staff there (housekeeping, restaurants, bellboys), truly amazing people. The hotel is brand new and I think only had a few other guests beside myself. The design is very minimalistic and beautiful, and the location is great, right next to Sala Daeng BTS. The breakfast buffet was simply amazing, mostly Japanese with a few Thai and western options.My room was very clean, spacious and well equipped. My favourite part of the room was definitely the Japanese automated toilet, truly a game changer.
The gym was very lacking, it was mostly cardio machines (treadmills and such), definitely need some work, ie yoga mats, more weights...etc. The room wasn't very well insulated, I can virtually hear everything outside, so imagine it working at full capacity, it'll be noisy for sure
